all domestic orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. we currently ship to the united states only.

• express shipping: $12.00 (USPS Priority Mail, 1-2 business days)
• free standard shipping on orders $75+ with code FREESHIP75

please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary. once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email.

returns & exchanges
due to the nature of crystals and spiritual goods, all sales are final. each piece is unique and handled with care before shipping.

if your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at luvenergishop@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right. ♡

lost or stolen packages
luvenergishop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. if you have concerns, please contact your local post office or file a claim with USPS.
